Beautiful luxury rustic estate with a total area of 21,000 m2, comprising a complex of 4 independent and isolated buildings.
This estate offers all the advantages of a private property while being able to accommodate groups of up to 29 people across the 4 homes, with a total of 13 bedrooms plus 2 annexes for extra beds, 4 independent kitchens, 4 independent living rooms, and a large glass-enclosed room perfect as a gathering point with space for up to 40 guests.
The maximum total capacity of the homes is up to 25 adults.
Additionally, and free of charge, up to a maximum of 4 children (under 12 years old) can be accommodated.
For legal reasons, under no circumstances will overnight stays be permitted for groups exceeding the authorized capacity for each individual home.
The complex, surrounded by terraces and gardens, consists of the following 3 homes with independent tourist vacation rental licenses: a) Ca’s Misser: a beautiful old house full of charm and history.
This home comprises a main building with a large kitchen-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite with the master bedroom), a lovely lounge in the oldest part of the house, and a spacious attic.
Additionally, next to the large pool belonging to this home, there is a completely independent annex building.
This annex has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, and a living-dining room.
Its location next to the pool makes this annex a perfect place to enjoy the pool and Mallorca's pleasant climate. a) The Ca’s Misser estate is registered with the Tourist Housing Registry, with a capacity for up to 9 adults (over 12 years old). b) Ca’s Misser Petit: a home with 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a living room, and a large room dedicated to dining with a capacity for up to 40 guests, perfect for family gatherings. The Ca’s Misser Petit estate is registered with the Tourist Housing Registry, with a capacity for up to 8 adults (over 12 years old). c) Sa Nau: a home with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite in the master bedroom), a living room, and a kitchen.
The home is surrounded by lawn, providing great coolness during the hot Mallorcan summers. The Sa Nau estate is registered with the Tourist Housing Registry, with a capacity for up to 8 adults (over 12 years old). All rooms have air conditioning except for the attic in the old house. Each home has its own private facilities (kitchen, bathrooms, washing machine, appliances, etc.), ensuring each group can feel comfortable with the desired intimacy and privacy.
The extensive garden surrounding the estate features a volleyball net, soccer goals, a ping pong table, parking for 8 cars, and various areas for relaxation, reading a book, enjoying tea, or simply savoring the peace and the environment.
This villa is equipped with specialized equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles, including a fully equipped mechanical workshop at your disposal. Algaida, known for its excellent gastronomy and ancient traditions, is one of the largest municipalities in the Pla de Mallorca region.
Located in the center of the island, you can easily reach points of interest, from the Tramuntana Mountains in the north to the paradisiacal beaches of southern Mallorca or the island's capital, Palma.
Just a 5-minute drive from the estate, you will find the golf courses of Son Gual and Golf Park Mallorca, and within 20 minutes, the well-known Playa de Palma or s'Arenal, ideal for leisure time.
Approaching from the Manacor highway, you will see a series of elements integrated into the landscape that characterize the town: almond trees, fig trees, old inns, and winding roads leading to Randa, the highest mountain in the Pla and the best viewpoint of Mallorca's interior.

Unser Urlaub in dieser Finca war super Von der Organisation vor der Ankunft über Portic Villas bis hin zur vor Ort Betreuung Auf alle Fragen wurde kurzfristig geantwortet und die Abwicklung war reibungslos Die Finca hat alle Erwartungen mehr als Übetroffen. Alles sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts Wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Ausstattung ist o.k., die Lage sehr gut. Die Bäder sind etwas Verbesserungsbedürftig. Pool und Außenanlagen sind super. Sehr schön war auch, das die Anlage aus vier getrennten Häusern bestand, so hatte man immer auch eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Es waren 5 Kaffeemaschinen in der Anlage, von denen leider nur eine funktionierte.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich vor Ort empfangen auf der sauberen gut aufgeteilten Finca. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und trotz kühlerer Temperaturen haben wir die Finca mit Holzöfen warm bekommen. Danke für die Tipps vom Vermieter wo wir Holz und anderes Material einkaufen konnten. Wir waren sehr gerne die Gäste in der Finca.
