The exterior of the house features a swimming pool and a garden area with sun loungers for enjoying the sun, as well as a furnished area for enjoying a good barbecue.
The interior of the villa is equipped with a large, bright living room with a fireplace and comfortable armchairs, surrounded by delicate decor.
There is also a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. This villa has 6 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
Additionally, it offers specialized equipment for the maintenance and repair of competition bicycles, as well as a fully equipped mechanical workshop at your disposal. Public transport: within 500 meters, you will find the following regular bus lines: 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25, and 454 from TIB.
Our recommendation for reaching the city center is line 25, which will take you to a very central area of Palma in just 15 minutes.

Great quiet location only 5 mins walk to beach, buses and restaurants. All rooms large with plenty of space for 12 guests, nice pool/garden area and well equipped kitchen and clean linen. Generally a bit tired inside and out compared to photos, but still good value for money.

Das Grundstück ist sehr groß und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Besonders der Pool und die Terasse haben uns gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr nah am Strand -5 Min.- und der Ballermann ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen -15 Min.-. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very well located in about a 10 minute walk distance to the beach. The house was clean and provided everything that was promised. Perfect for large groups who appreciate some privacy and quiet, but not too far away from the ballermann.
