This beautiful house with above ground pool is located in a quiet residential area of Arenal de Palma, only 3 minutes walking distance to the beach and the main tourist attractions. Here you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, discotheques, pubs, etc. The cosy house sits on a plot of 390m2, offering total privacy to its guests. Spread over 140m2 of construction, you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 people.



As you enter the property, you will find a comfortable and bright living room with air conditioning and television, connected to a fully equipped independent kitchen. Outside, next to the swimming pool, there is furniture for relaxing, having a barbecue or taking a dip.



If you need public transport, less than 250 metres away you will find the regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25, which in just 15 minutes will leave you in a very central area of Palma.

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



This house has air conditioning in the living room for the rest of the rooms fans can be made available to the client. The house does not have heating either, although the air conditioning in the living room also has a heat pump for the winter.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2,20€ per person and per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.




All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.



Please note that this villa is in a residential area and the neighbours' rest should be respected. Please moderate noise to avoid causing a nuisance. For this reason, parties and loudspeakers are strictly forbidden.
