This lovely house with a surface pool is located in a quiet residential area of El Arenal in Palma, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and main tourist attractions.
Here you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, pubs, etc.
The cozy house sits on a 390m2 plot, offering complete privacy to its guests.
Spread over 140m2 of construction, you will find three bedrooms and one full bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 5 people.
Upon entering the property, you'll find a comfortable and bright living room with air conditioning and a TV, connected to a fully equipped separate kitchen.
Outdoors, next to the pool, there is furniture for relaxing, barbecuing, or taking a dip.
If you need public transport, less than 250 meters away you'll find regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25, and 454 of TIB.
Our recommendation to go to the city center is line 25, which in just 15 minutes will take you to a very central area of Palma.

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Party-Urlaub am Ballermann. Das Haus liegt gegenüber vom Lanchester Hotel und ist perfekt gelegen. Zum Strand und zum Bierkönig sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Abwicklung vom Checkin bis zum Checkout ist sehr professionell - wir kommen gerne wieder

Die Villa sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bilder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negativ ist ein Nachbar welcher teilweise schon bei einem lustigen Gespräch draussen im Pool während des Tages rausgekommen ist und mehr Ruhe wollte.
