Outside there is a large swimming pool with sunbeds to enjoy the sun and outdoor furniture always ready for a meal cooked on the barbecue offered by the property. This villa has specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal.

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in the winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane).
