The “Vicino al Mare” is a lovely two-room apartment, located by the Portoferraio port, on the ground floor of a new building, in a slightly hilly position.
Tastefully furnished, this small but cozy apartment is particularly recommended for couples who decide not to bring their vehicle to Elba: you can reach the port in a just few minute walk, as well as the dock with its spectacular Medici Wall. The same goes for the stores and the “Ghiaie” Beach, a protected natural area since 1970 and famous for its crystal clear waters and white pebbles. The historical center, where Napoleon Bonaparte lived during his exile, offers wonderful views and, in the evening, is animated by nightly markets, shows, restaurants where you can taste local specialties, and by the lounges of the boats that choose to dock here, one of the safest ports in the Mediterranean Sea.

Suitable for two people, it consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and a kitchenette with four gas burners, and a fridge with freezer; a double bedroom with a hopper light window, a windowless bathroom with a large shower and an aspirator. There is an outdoor area with private parking; the apartment is equipped with TV, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi.
Arrival: check-in 4-7:30 pm. Departure: check-out by 9 a.m. Utilities: air conditioning, electricity, water, gas etc. included.
