In the living room there is a large flat screen TV, two large sofas on which two children can sleep (sleeping area approx. 80 x 200 cm), coffee table and shelves. The kitchen has wall cupboards, cooker (four rings) with extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, food storage box, coffee machine, measuring jug, toaster for bread rolls, microwave, kettle, water, wine and champagne glasses. The bathroom has a shower or bathtub with shower, washing machine, laundry box, clothes horse, clothes pegs, toilet, washbasin, mirror or mirror cabinet. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), bedside tables, a sideboard with mirror, ironing board, iron, a multi-piece wardrobe with at least three small and three large towels and two sets of bed linen. The bungalow also has a safe and internet (WLAN).

The terrace of the bungalow faces south-south-west. There are at least two sun loungers. There is garden furniture, a round garden table, four patio chairs and an awning or palm tree shade. The communal pool is open all year round and can be heated. Sun loungers and a parasol are available there, all free of charge.

A pet may be brought along free of charge upon prior request.

The famous dunes are just a few minutes away, as is the CITA shopping and entertainment centre. You will find a bike hire service approx. 100 metres away. Many guests and visitors are regulars. There is hardly a holidaymaker who is not captivated by the complex.

On request, it is also possible to rent this holiday home for several weeks or months. This presentation is an example of a total of four existing holiday homes of this type.
