House in Rovinj with Large Terrace

This stylish, light-flooded holiday villa is located in Gripole, a suburb with good road access very close to Rovinj.

The villa is situated on a 1100 m² fenced plot and has a living area of 160 m². It offers accommodation for up to twelve people. The villa was built in 1975 and was recently and tastefully renovated in 2012. It has been lovingly decorated and each room has its own individual colour scheme. The villa is spread over two floors, which are connected by external staircases. On the ground floor is the air-conditioned dining and living room, the kitchen, one of the three bathrooms and two of the five bedrooms. In the living area there is a cream-coloured leather sofa with two matching armchairs, a coffee table, a TV with cable and satellite reception and a DVD player. The adjoining dining area is furnished with a large dining table and twelve chairs and leads into the modern kitchen. The bright and spacious kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, dishwasher, gas hob, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. The two bedrooms on the ground floor, like all the other bedrooms, have double beds (160cm x 200cm) and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin with mirror cabinet and WC. On the first floor are the three further bedrooms and the two further bathrooms (same facilities as on the ground floor). On the upper floor you will also find the children's room with a TV and games console and a small living room with sofas that can be converted into two separate beds. One sofa bed offers a comfortable 120cm x 190cm sleeping space, the other 90cm x 190cm. The villa also has two guest toilets, one on each floor, each with a washbasin and mirror cabinet. A cot and high chair are available. In the villa you get free internet access via WLAN.

In the outdoor area is the 24m² private pool, which is surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol. Here you can cool off during the day after sunbathing and at night the area turns into a romantic spot where the illuminated pool sparkles with the starry sky. Behind the villa is the covered terrace with a large dining area. Here you will find two large wooden tables and wooden benches with enough seating for 12 people. A large brick wood-burning stove invites you to barbecue together and creates a cosy atmosphere. Sufficient firewood is available free of charge. There is also a children's playground behind the villa and five parking spaces are available in front of the villa.

The landlord lives on the premises and is always happy to answer any questions you may have.

The nearest shops are around 1.6 km away and there is a restaurant just 100 m from the holiday villa. The town centre is 3 km away and the beach 2.5 km. The airport is 38 km away.
