The 50m² apartment is a comfortable two-room apartment with a cooking niche, a big living and dining room with a pull-out sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a ceiling fan. It also has a spacious bathroom with a WC, bath and shower attachment, a utility room and a hallway.

This apartment type can be on the first or second floor and is conveniently accessed by lift. It can accommodate a maximum of five people, which includes children of any age. A cot can be booked in addition (payable on arrival). A cot brought with you also applies when calculating the occupancy. Bed linen cannot be provided.

The apartment has a big balcony with two deckchairs. It is sunny here in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. It overlooks the garden and the children’s playground. IMPORTANT Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) some services and facilities are reduced or unavailable. Ask info about services available. Pools will be open but entry is organize in accordance to local and national Protocol. Entry is based always on turn over: morning or afternoon (half day); or even or odd days. NO FULL DAY. All summer entertainments are canceled. The daily on request extra cleanings in the apartments are not available. The residence has two pools, of which one is a kids’ pool. They are open from 25 May to 24 September 2015 (closed during the lunch hour). There are parasols and chairs on the adjacent pool terrace. There are a range of leisure activities available, such as table tennis, a fitness room, a bar, a library and a children’s playground. Each apartment has a reserved parking space on the open car park. Access to the underground garage is possible at a supplementary charge. The many services on site include a laundry room with ironing equipment, and a shuttle service e.g. to the beach and back at fixed times from Monday to Friday. You can also hire bicycles. Wireless Internet access is available as a bookable extra. During the high season of July and August the hotel management provides a varied entertainment programme for all ages. The beach is about 700 metres away. There are various shops within walking distance. The team at the residence is happy to provide advice for planning day trips to explore the villages in the Riviera di Ponente and Levante. You can also go on a range of sailing trips or boat tours to watch whales. The holiday complex is about 3km from the Pietra Ligure motorway exit and about 800 metres from the nearest train station.
