The semi-detached holiday home "Jade 2" is designed for six people.
It is located in the holiday home "Jade".
There are two newly built semi-detached houses on the property, each with two residential units.
In typical Darß style, the properties are thatched and have a beautiful bat dormer in the attic.
Each residential unit extends from the ground floor to the upper floor.
The living space per semi-detached house is approx. 95 m².
The light-flooded living and dining area has a cosy sitting area, a high-quality dining area and access to the terrace.
The modern kitchenette is fully equipped and invites you to cook.
The two bedrooms on the upper floor each have a double bed and plenty of storage space for your clothes.
Another bedroom is located in the loft with two further single beds.
The loft can be reached via a normal staircase.
One shower room on the ground floor and one on the first floor are equipped with a glass shower, washbasin and WC.
