- On the ground floor, you will find a large living room including a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a lounge area (decorative fireplace). A wheelchair-accessible bedroom with two 90x190cm beds and a bathroom with an accessible walk-in shower and toilet.
- On the first floor, there are four bedrooms (two each with two 80x190cm beds, which can be converted into a queen-size bed, two other bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed, a child's bed, and a baby bed), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Duvets are available for all beds.
An additional bed (90x190cm) is available upon request. PETS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON THE GROUND FLOOR WITH ITS OWN BED. Outside, there is a 60m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a covered bicycle shed.
In summer, a summer kitchen invites you to enjoy the terrace. Games are available: 1 ping-pong table, 1 foosball table, and 1 boules court. All the pleasures of the sea are within your reach: beaches, fishing, boating, marshes, bocage (Ambon, Billiers, Damgan).... Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity of the GR34. Visit the Rhuys peninsula and take the opportunity to take the boat and discover the Gulf of Morbihan and/or the offshore islands... We invite you to take the time to stroll through pretty towns of character: Vannes, Rochefort en Terre, La Roche Bernard and Guérande.
River trips on the Vilaine are offered from the port of Arzal.
Not to be missed for young and old: the animal and botanical park of Branféré!

Excellent accueil de nos hôtes et belle location pour une grande famille.La mer et la plage ne sont qu'à 400m mais la vase gâche un peu le plaisir.Point de départ idéal pour visiter le golfe du Morbihan, Vannes, Guérande et toute cette belle Bretagne.Nous recommandons vivement.

Week end très bien, il y a tout dans ce gite on est comme à la maison.La literie est très bien; il y a de l'espace pour une grande famille.Le salon est très grand et très conviviale.bonne emplacement, pour les visites, pour les courses ect tout a 10 minutes.

J'ai pu réunir des amis géographiquement éloignés le temps d'une semaine génial où nous nous sommes retrouvés pour profiter du cadre superbe, plage, bbq, pétanque et détente! Le gîte est super pour un séjour en famille nombreuse, tout est dispo sur place pour faciliter la vie quotidienne.
