The cottage is as follows:
- On the ground floor: entrance serving the bathroom with large walk-in shower and toilet, kitchen-diner opening onto the terrace. A comfortable living room to relax, equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people (2 mattresses of 90 x 200).
- On the 1st floor: a family room with a 160 x 200 bed and a 90x200 bed and opening onto a large adjoining terrace of 24m² with a small sea view.
- Outside: on the ground floor, a south-facing adjoining terrace for lunch.
You will have a "resident parking" card which will allow you to park in the many adjacent streets of the neighborhood.
For safety reasons, the fireplace cannot be used. Come and enjoy the gentleness of Quiberon, in this former semi-detached fisherman's house. You can easily reach the city center on foot and embark for Belle-île from the pier, stroll through the shopping streets, and reach the Côte Sauvage which is 400 meters from the cottage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte, situé dans une petite rue au calme.La maison est très agréable, décorée avec goût, parfaite pour 2 à 3 personnes.La mer et le centre ville sont à 5mn à pieds.L'accueil par Sabine fut au top!En résumé, un séjour ressourçant et une presqu'île que nous avons eu bien du mal à quitter.

Jolie maison de pêcheurs, à 3 minutes à pieds de la côte sauvage et bel emplacement pour aller dans le centre de Quiberon, en 5 mns. Vous aurez un accueil au téléphone très agréable de la part du propriétaire et sur place la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de Florent, à faire!

La maison est accueillante, tout est bien pensé. Nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les deux terrasses sont super, surtout celle de l’étage pour prendre le soleil et écouter le son des vagues. Très bon emplacement pour l’accès aux commerces, à la plage, à la côte sauvage et aux îles.
