A bold modern palette of red and grey is striking in the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas. There are lovely period details throughout the apartment, including a couple of gorgeous marble decorative fire-places. The apartment has high ceilings with ornate cornices and tall original sash windows with working shutters.


The contemporary fitted kitchen in taupe with grey granite tops, has a 4-ring gas hob, double electric oven, a microwave, a large fridge with separate freezer, a small dishwasher and a Lavazza Mio coffee machine. An alcove beside it, has a fitted wardrobe with shelf space above and an additional tall chest of drawers for further storage. Two tall sash windows over look a charming Georgian terrace and the stunning Christ Church and its Bell Tower.


The second bedroom in a palette of grey and blue, has a Double bed with a large window offering lovely garden views. The room has a chest of drawers and a fitted cupboard with a narrow hanging area and shelves.


The spacious, stone-tiled contemporary bathroom has a long bath to relax in, with an over-head shower. There is a large hand basin with storage underneath, a WC and a wall alcove for toiletries.

In the entrance hall is the utility cupboard which houses the washing machine combined with dryer, further utility items and the Wi-Fi.
