This spacious flat features elegant and comfortable furnishings, for relaxing holidays in the Dolomites.


The property consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed and single sofa bed and one with twin beds, a living room with double sofa bed, two bathrooms with shower, washbasin, toilet and one of them also with bidet, a separate kitchen and a spacious and bright living room and double sofa bed.


The highlight of the house is certainly the large panoramic terrace facing south, which offers a wonderful view of the Sella massif. It is accessible from both the kitchen and the master bedroom.


The kitchenette has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee machine, fridge, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.


There is a washing machine in the flat.


Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Please note that this regulation is subject to control by the competent authority and violation of it will result in very heavy fines. For this reason it will in no way be possible to make exceptions.

In winter you will find the first ski lifts (Nives Children's Camp with connection to the Sellaronda) or the ski bus stop only 200 - 300 metres from the house, for the return from the slopes of the Sellaronda there is a small skiable path, which (snow permitting) takes you on skis right up to the doorstep. Ideal for discovering the immense Dolomiti Superski area, every skier's paradise!


In summer, on the other hand, the Val Gardena cycle path and the Val Gardena train pass right under the house, for the convenience of families with children or those who prefer comfortable walks. 100 metres from the house you will find a playground with a football pitch and basketball court, as well as the ice stadium.


For those who wish to discover the magical paths of the Dolomites, the Belvedere is also in a perfect position, as the mountain trails begin just above the house.


Under the house you will immediately find the supermarket and the first restaurants, and a few steps further on you will already be in Piazza Nives.


The house has 1 open parking space, ski storage room, washing machine, Wi-Fi, linen and towels for free use.

Some houses provide remote check-in at the house with access by code, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among these.

Check-out: In person from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the office of MUSE.holiday in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with access code).

Not all houses allow pets. In order to avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us with a separate email if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 7 p.m. is only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra with credit card upon check-in.

The heating is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°c).

The charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).

It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.

Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorisation of the security deposit by SWIKLY of 500€ by credit card.

If not previously agreed upon, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided upon check-in have to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for the collection of the keys.

The final cleaning fee covers only the standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
