Our organic farm, with views of the Zahmer Kaiser mountains and Lake Walchsee, offers cozy rooms with shower/WC, balcony, and 2 apartments.
Indulge in our generous breakfast with homemade jams and products from the Walchsee organic dairy.
We have a large common room with a tiled stove and satellite TV, a barbecue area, and petting animals.
Children are warmly welcome. Dogs are welcome - for a fee of €10.00 per dog per day. Breakfast is included with the double rooms.
For the apartments, breakfast can be booked for an additional charge of €13.00. INCLUDED: Kaiserwinkl Card and Walchsee Swim Card (free admission to the lake promenade and the east shore of Lake Walchsee) Exclusive: Local tax EUR 2.60 per person/night for persons over 15 years of age. Breakfast is included with the double rooms. Coming from Niederndorf (motorway), drive through the Durchholzen district until just before Walchsee.

Pass the tennis halls, and after approx. 900m, the first farm on the right side of the road is "Schusterbauer". Check-in: from 2:00 PM Check-out: until 10:00 AM
