From the 3rd person onwards, an additional double room with 2 separate beds is added.

A private shower and toilet exclusively for your use are located in the hallway.

The balcony with a Kaiser view is also accessible via the hallway. Our organic farm, Unterbichl, is situated in a sunny and quiet location, surrounded by meadows, and offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Wilder Kaiser.

Our tame animals (cats, calves) are ideal for small children to pet.

You can also use our sunbathing lawn for quiet relaxation, and of course, ample parking spaces are available.

We can accommodate 4 people (in two double rooms).

Dogs are welcome for an additional charge (€10.-/night). Included: Breakfast, Wi-Fi, Kaiserwinkl Card, use of the sunbathing lawn. Exclusive: Visitor's tax €2.60 per night/person aged 15 and over. Dogs allowed for a fee (€10 per night). Coming from Walchsee or Reit im Winkl, turn off towards Schwendt at the roundabout in Kössen.

Drive through the village, and after another 2 km, you will see a fishing pond on your left.

Turn right after the pond onto Bichlachweg.

Our farm is located approximately 100 meters further on the right side. Check-in from 2:00 PM.
