Perfect for those who love nature, several paths start close to the apartments, ideal for a nice walk, but also beautiful by bike.
The area is quite quiet even in summer, sheltered from the wind, surrounded by the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and at the same time just a few steps from the sea. All the structures have been recently renovated and all have a large terrace or balcony from which to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island. Location information: - 80 meters from the Forno beach, sea view, quiet area The apartments do not have a real private parking space, but access to the building is via a private road closed by a barrier, where, if desired, the car can be left, unless there is a parking space, along the road. Distances: - from Portoferraio: 8 km - from Porto Azzurro: 18 km - from Capoliveri: 18 km - from Marciana Marina: 13 km - from Marina di Field: 12km Distances from the beaches: - 80 meters from Forno beach - from Scaglieri beach: 400 meters; from Biodola beach: 600 meters on foot; from the beaches in Procchio 6 km; from Lacona beach: 13 km Booking the ferry with us will be the best choice! Key delivery is normally carried out in our offices located in Via Rodolfo Manganaro in Portoferraio, for different needs contact our customer service. The wifi service is served by a local operator, being the area along the coast, the signal is sometimes interrupted. Information for key collection: Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices. Two-room apartment (3/4 beds) Bright two-room apartment located on the first floor, it boasts a small terrace with sea view on which you can comfortably eat. The structure consists of an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a living area with a kitchen completely renovated in 2016 with a sofa bed (two separate beds), and a bathroom with shower. Location information: - 80 meters from Forno beach, sea view, quiet and panoramic area Furniture type: - renewed Services inside the apartment: - TV with satellite antenna; fridge with freezer; cold / hot air conditioning Services outside the apartment: - equipped sea view terrace; common use washing machine; Wifi Important Notes: - minimum age to check in is 21 years old (for group of guys, family welcome) - only small pets allowed (max 8 kg), with a supplement of € 30.00 (ONLY IN APARTMENTS 2 AND 3) - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site - check-in in our office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00 for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
