Looking at boundless horizons gives many a sense of serene freedom, of balance.

In this holiday home, you can wake up in the morning with your gaze lost in the blue Salento sea (to admire all the shades of the crystal-clear water, from azure to deep blue), breathing in the salty air, which, fresh and healthy, rises from the Mediterranean.

A 180° view of one of the most appreciated stretches of the Italian Mare Nostrum, Blue Flag and 5 sails by Legambiente.

This marvellous view can be appreciated mainly from the large covered veranda equipped (table, chairs), located in front of the living room, but also from the paved courtyard on the ground floor.

The holiday home is thus spread over two floors with bright and spacious rooms.

On the first floor, past the entrance, we find a large kitchen/dining room which, through the large French window, enjoys an enchanting view of the coastline (adjacent to and at the level of the panoramic terrace).

The sleeping area on the first floor, tastefully furnished, has three bedrooms: two doubles (in one there is also a cot) and one twin.

One of the 2 bathrooms is present, complete with shower box.

All rooms have mosquito nets, a ceiling fan and a wardrobe.

The double room also has access to a small balcony.

On the ground floor, in the tavern, embellished by the presence of a fireplace, we find a large double bedroom, the second bathroom, also with shower cubicle and services, and the laundry area with washing machine (this part does not appear in the photo, as we are carrying out improvement works).

The construction is completed by the presence of a convenient paved courtyard, with a front part with parking spaces and a covered area with table and chairs.

The sunny house is perfectly disengaged, in fact it has two entrances that make the floors independent: an external staircase to access the upper part and a level access, at the front, for the ground floor area.

In addition, the two levels are connected by an internal staircase.

This composition makes it suitable for all types of guests (families, couples and groups of friends up to a maximum of 10 persons).
