Brand new studio apartment for two persons. It's 23sqm big.
The space
Apartment has fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with shower. Everything is brand new and professionaly designed.
In front of the house is shared terrace covered with grapes plant shade...
Guest access
Guests are booking this apartment just for them and have private en suite bathroom, private kitchen.
Only terrace is shared.
And room with washing machine outside the house - for use for all our guests.
Please note that air matress will be aded only in case there are 3 or 4 persons coming.
Other things to note
Please, take our garbage to street containers 50 meters from the house. Wash the dishes.
Please note it's important to enjoy your holiday and recharge your batteries on the beach because - who knows when next time you'll have opportunity!
