Your holiday rental includes, all on one level: a large, bright living room with a pellet stove and foosball table, leading to a superb fitted kitchen; one bedroom (one 160x200cm bed) with an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower); and a separate toilet with a washbasin.
A washer-dryer is also provided. A beautiful terrace and a private 1.5m deep swimming pool with a 10x5m heated section (28°C) are available from May to the end of September. Access to the owner's superb garden, a small tropical and verdant labyrinth complete with a water feature covered by a relaxation pergola – a truly unique amenity.
Private parking for the gîte is located in the owner's backyard; the owner's separate house is also on the property. In a residential area, the discreet La Palmeraie cottage will charm anyone dreaming of escape, ultimate comfort, and a warm, inviting interior.
The owner, a painter and decorator who lives on-site, has created a truly cozy, unique, and harmonious space! The result is superb! What a luxury to have a private pool, relaxing on the sun loungers while admiring the beautiful palm trees! A complete change of scenery! But the region is also magnificent, so you can plan your stay around relaxation and excursions: 5 km from Penvern beach in Pleumeur-Bodou, 7 km from Landrellec beach, 8.3 km from Perros-Guirec and its lovely family beaches, and 8.2 km from the Forum de la Mer in Trégastel.
