With lawn (automatic watering), olive trees, magnolia, oleanders, flowers boules (petanque) and 2 terraces (25m2 and 8m2) with 2 large tables. You’ll imagine you are in a small private paradise. Centrally located in the garden is the large private swimming pool (10x5 m max 2.2m depth, pool heating on request from 01/06 - 15/09, stairs in the pool and lounge area). This is protected by an electric curtain according to European standards.
