With 150 m² of living space, Villa Noria is modern, comfortable, and fully equipped for up to 6 guests. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round. Multiple flat-screen TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi keep both entertainment and connectivity at your fingertips.


Exterior – Private garden, pool, and tranquillity

You will be welcomed by a beautiful, fully enclosed 1,300 m² garden, maintained weekly by a gardener. Olive trees, magnolia, oleanders, colourful flowers, and a lush lawn with automatic irrigation create a charming Provençal setting. Two inviting terraces (25 m² and 8 m²) with dining tables and a hammock provide plenty of space for al fresco mealspeaceful relaxation in the shade.


At the heart of the garden lies the large private pool (10 x 5 m) with a maximum depth of 2.2 m. On request, it can be heated between June 1st and September 15th. The pool meets European safety standards thanks to its electric cover. A built-in staircase and lounging area make swimming even more enjoyable.


Surroundings – Central location in Provence

Although set in a quiet residential area, the villa enjoys a very central location, just a 5-minute walk from Vitrolles’ centre. Vitrolles serves as an excellent hub for exploring southern France: Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, and Salon-de-Provence are just 20 minutes away, beaches are 20 minutes, and the Var coastline is 40 minutes. Nature lovers can reach the Luberon mountain range in only 50 minutes. Marseille-Provence Airport and Aix-en-Provence TGV station are just 10 minutes away, without any noisetraffic disturbance. The supervised sandy beach of Vitrolles Plage is a 5-minute drive, and the bus station is within walking distance. Electric cars can be charged at €30 per week
