Watch waterbirds and passing boats from the terrace of this houseboat in Ohé & Laak. The 10 m² terrace has an unobstructed view over the water; when the water level is high enough, you can see over the dyke to the landscape beyond. At the houseboat's own jetty, you can moor a small boat, canoe or SUP.
Opened in 2021, the 60 m² floating holiday home is entered via the terrace. Inside, the living and dining area overlooks the water and has an open-plan kitchen with a gas stove, oven, fridge and small dishwasher for preparing meals together. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, measuring 200 x 180 cm and 200 x 150 cm. The home also has a bathroom, Wi-Fi, a TV, heating and air conditioning.
A small marina is right next to the houseboat, with a boat ramp available for a fee paid at reception. The Maasplassen area offers opportunities for walking, cycling and boating; Thorn and the Linnerweerd nature reserve are among the places to explore. The nearest beach is approximately 800 m away in a straight line.
There are 2 free parking spaces on site, and consumption costs are included. Please bring towels. Pets and smoking are not permitted. The property is available for holiday stays only and is not rented to institutions or youth groups.
