This beautiful and comfortable holiday apartment with a spacious terrace and a communal pool behind the house, which is fully fenced, is located in the attractive Biograd.
The apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom and is suitable for 4 people.
Guests have access to a large communal taverna where first-class specialities can be prepared. The beautifully landscaped grounds are very pleasant and for entertainment you can play darts and table tennis.
The house has three apartments.
The sandy beach offers real refreshment and relaxation, where you can spend a great day of fun in the sun, sports and swimming in the sea. Be sure to visit Lake Vrana, the nature park and the largest natural lake in Croatia, which is an unspoilt natural habitat for water birds.
The apartment is located between the two historically rich towns of ibenik and Zadar, whose city centres and historical heritage will delight you.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sie hat eine gute und ruhige Lage im Grünen. Supermärkte und ein netter Strand sind mit dem Auto in ein wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Pool war sehr schön mit alten Olivenbäumen, die Schatten gaben. Es gab auch eine Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es war uns ein Vergnügen, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen , besonders unsere Kinder, man füllt sich wie Zuhause und familiäre , sehr Kinder freundlich , und die Lage ist super alle Geschäfte in der Nähe und ca 2 km vom Stand und Zentrum entfernt....Top top top ...
