This detached vacation home with swimming pool is located about 1.5 km from the beautiful beach of the Mediterranean coast of Sicily.
Along this stretch of coast with beaches and cliffs you can spend beautiful days at sea and fishing.
The complex consists of four comfortable separate accommodations (not internally connected), presented together as one unit.
A perfect solution for groups of friends and families who want to spend their vacations together while maintaining their privacy. The main area consists of two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with the possibility of an extra bed, bathroom, a beautiful and spacious veranda overlooking the garden and pool and a mezzanine with access from the terrace with double bedroom with bathroom.
The analge is completed by two studios with private bathroom and with the possibility of a kitchenette.
The side area offers a kitchen / living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. From the veranda on this side you have direct access to the pool area and barbecue and relaxation area.
Outside you can expect large areas with sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue corner, children's playground, tennis court, fountain and bowling green.
The winter pool cover system allows you to keep the water temperature comfortable. There are many attractions nearby worth visiting such as Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Marzamemi, Noto and Syracuse.

Photos ne correspondant plus à l'état actuel de la location.Pour 23 personnes 2 micro ondes, une cafetière à dosettes, un frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas (vu la chaleur il aurait été très utile) très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine.Mini barbecue, terrain de pétanque et de tennis très abîmés.Par contre très belle piscine et les personnes qui s'occupent de la location au top.
