The floor is covered with high-quality designer flooring.
The fitted kitchen includes an oven with an integrated microwave, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, an egg boiler, a toaster, a kettle, and plenty of dishes.
Between the kitchen and the living room, there is a dining area for 4 people.
The cozy sofa with two reading lamps invites you to relax.
It can be easily folded out into a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) with a high-quality mattress and slatted frame.
Large storage box with pillows and blankets.
The wall unit includes a display cabinet, a TV stand with a television and stereo system, and a wardrobe with ample space for hanging and storing clothes.
The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
From the kitchen, dining area, sofa, and balcony, you have a dreamlike lake view!!! The shower room has a heated towel rack, shelves, and a hairdryer.
In the bedroom, in addition to a dresser, there are two single beds (90 x 190 cm and 90 x 200 cm).
Mattress sides with different firmness levels.
Above the beds are bookshelves with reading lamps.
You also have a great view of the beach and water from the bedroom.
In the hallway, you will find a coat rack.
A storage room houses a vacuum cleaner, broom, etc., as well as sufficient space for suitcases, etc.
