Holiday house Karen is located in Vinišće, an old fishing village in Dalmatia near the beautiful bay of Ljubljeva, which is half sandy and half rocky.
It consists of five apartments.
A shared pool is at guests ’disposal.
Apartment A3 is a one bedroom apartment of 60 m2 and can accommodate from 2-5 people.
It has one bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 more people, kitchen with dining area, bathroom, and balcony 8m2. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle and other utensils needed in the kitchen.
Pets are allowed at an additional cost.
The owner offers a berth for a boat at an additional cost.
The house has a separate room with two washing machines that are available to guests on request.
In this ideal holiday destination you can enjoy many activities or simply relax from your daily routine.

Vinisce is a small quiet fishing town located in a beautiful bay of clear sea and untouched nature, only 12 km from Trogir. In the surroundings there are several beautiful bays well known for their attractive pebble and sand beaches - Voluja, Ricevo Vrelo, Stari Trogir, Sicenica. Vinišce has several markets, restaurants, cafe bars, and a small marine for yachtsmen. The place has a small ACI marine, restaurants and cafés, and a short drive can get you to the city of Split, the cultural center of Dalmatia. Vinišce is a place intended first of all for lovers of quiet family vacations in private rooms, apartments, and houses and the destination is suitable for those who wish to have their privacy. Concerning activities, along with swimming and sunbathing, we can recommend surfing, sport and underwater fishing, and boat excursions. For those who love entertainment and night life, we recommend visiting nearby Trogir, Šibenik, Rogoznica, and Split.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung! Der beheizte Außenpool war für mich ein absolutes Highlight, besonders nach einem langen Tag voller Entdeckungen. Die sonnige Terrasse war perfekt, um mit einem Buch zu entspannen. Ich kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen!

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement ! La piscine extérieure chauffée a été un point fort pour moi, surtout après une longue journée d'exploration, La terrasse ensoleillée était parfaite pour se détendre avec un livre, Je le recommande vivement !

Diese Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, das WLAN war zuverlässig und der SAT-LCD-Fernseher war eine angenehme Ergänzung zum Entspannen am Abend. Das private Badezimmer war sauber und gut mit Toilettenartikeln ausgestattet.
