There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom with a shower and toilet. The air-conditioned living room consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining table. There is a direct exit to the outside area with a terrace, barbecue, seating area, swimming pool with sunbeds and a beautiful view of the sea. Parking is also available. This house is located about 3.5 km from the city center, the nearest restaurant is only 500 meters away, and the next supermarket only 600 meters away.
