The flat is located in the south of Tenerife, right in the heart of Playa de las Américas, just five minutes from the beach and water sports facilities, a beautiful place with an average annual temperature of 29ºC, ideal for beach holidays and relaxation.
15 km from Tenerife South Airport and 1 km from Las Américas Golf Course. The flat is located in a quiet and familiar complex, which is ideal for a holiday on the beach and has a fantastic view of the mountains. On a clear day you can also see the Teide (the highest mountain in Spain and the symbol of Tenerife). The beach is just a few steps away and is over a kilometre long along the promenade.
