Villa with incredible sea views and pool sleeps 7 people.
Some of the best sea views in Mallorca are from this villa, in La Mola area of Port d' Andratx.
The house of 150 square metres is on three levels, on the main level is a lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling windows looking to the sea, it is connected to the spacious kitchen with fully equipped with all you need for cooking.
Here you will also find a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. On the lower level is the second lounge with doors to the terrace and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, the bedroom doors also open onto the terrace. From this lounge area is the fourth bedroom/library with one single bed.
The master bedroom is on the upper level with ensuite bathroom, this bedroom opens onto an amazing terrace with open views to the bay in one direction, the port and mountains to the other side, there are chill out sofas and chairs for relaxing and enjoying a drink while admiring the beautiful view.
Outside are various terraces with sun loungers and dining table. Enjoy the 25 square metres private pool and an outside shower for cooling off from the Mallorca sun. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room. WIFI is available throughout the villa. There is a portable gas BBQ, a safe, alarm system and for the winter, diesel central heating.

There is a charge for final cleaning and laundry.
Prices for this property are in Euros.
Refundable deposits are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded 48 hours after check-out via bank transfer. Therefore, we will request your bank details (full name, bank name and address, IBAN, Swift or Bic number) either before or on arrival.
Bookings also available for December to March. Long winter rental rates on request.
Included in the reservation of this property is the consumption of electricity up to an amount of 70 euros, any further consumption will be charged at 0.35€/KWh. The figures on the meter are recorded and then returned at check-out. The amount is to be paid on the day of departure. The guest has the option to check the electricity meters at any time.
Please note that if you arrive at the property after 21:00 there is a late check-in charge of €50 which can be paid in cash on arrival.
This property has diesel heating which is charged at the metered rate. This equates to €1 per litre and is not included in the booking price, which is payable on the day of departure.
All rubbish must be removed from the house before your departure on the day of departure. Failure to do so will result in a surcharge of €50.
