Therefore, we will request your bank details (full name, bank name and address, IBAN, Swift or Bic number) either before or upon arrival. Included in the reservation of this property is electricity consumption up to a limit of €70; any further consumption will be charged at €0.35/KWh. The meter readings will be recorded before check-in and again upon check-out. The amount due is to be paid on the day of departure.
The guest has the option to check the electricity meters at any time. All rubbish must be removed from the house on the day of departure before you leave.
Otherwise, a surcharge of €50 will be applied. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. No smoking in the property. Youth groups are not allowed. Hooligans are not allowed. Not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Cribs are available upon request for €15, and high chairs can also be provided upon request for €10. *IMPORTANT: Check-ins after 9:00 PM are only possible upon prior authorization.
Approved late check-ins between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM will incur an additional fee equivalent to 50% of one night’s rate.
Please note that arrivals after 11:00 PM are not permitted under any circumstances.

What an amazing family villa which we would all happily go back to tomorrow and to definitely stay for longer next time.
