Holiday house Rosalia is surrounded by a beautiful garden and big shared swimming pool, which creates a wonderful atmosphere for daily relaxation. You can enjoy beautiful Seaview from the house, terraces or from the Swimming pool. House was totally renovated in 2018, so it offers a real good value. The sea is just 1500 meters away, close enough to easily reached it, but still far enough to relax in quiet atmosphere.

The surface area of the entire estate is fenced and covered with olive threes. House has 115m2 of space and shared outdoor swimming pool of 30m2 with 14 deck chairs, outdoor furnishing, parasols, outdoor shower and a table football game. Swimming pool is shared only with guests of another apartment. A private roofed parking area for two cars is right next to the house.
