Nice and clean place with very kind host. You have your own groundfloor shady terrace and garden and as another plus there is a reserved parking slot for your car. Small minus: mosquitoes.Location can be problematic for guests without car, you have to walk 1km to nearest beach or city centre.Kitchen is well equiped.
