Apartment Aldo I is located on the ground floor of apartment house Danica, north of the center of Poreč and spreads over 60 sqm. The apartment is only 600m away from the first beach (Pical), so the guest have a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the city center and the old town.
It consists of two spacious bedrooms with double bed, a kitchen equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and appliances including a dishwasher, a dining area, a bathroom with shower and a covered terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing during warm summer evenings.
Bed linen, towels, satellite-TV, the use of air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
The apartment is ideal for guests that would like to spend a relaxing vacation not far from the beach and the city center.

You can take a stroll through the Old Town of Poreč from the Freedom Square by entering Decumanus, and then continue along the streets to explore the city's sights. On the other hand, entering the lungomare or the Coast of Ante Šonja will give you a romantic view of the north side of Poreč, the bay of Peškera, the settlement Pical and Materada. Continue your walk along the Coast of Matko Laginja to the city waterfront, or the Coast of Marshal Tito, encompassing the entire old town of Poreč outside the old walls. To the left and right of the peninsula there are beaches that are only about 300 meters away. Along the seafront promenade there are numerous refreshment points and a large variety of sports and recreational facilities.

Wir hätten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Appartment. Sehr schöne und frisch renovierte Wohnung in zentraler Lage! Vermieter ist sehr nett! Wunderschön gepflegter Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen. Spiel und Basketballplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sollten wir uns nochmal für Porec als Reiseziel entscheiden werden wir auf jeden Fall hier einkehren! Reisezeitraum: August 2018

Zunächst einmal war die Wohnung absolut perfekt sauber! Darüber hinaus auch groß, insbesondere die Schlafräume. Die großen Betten sind sicherlich auch ein Vorteil. Zum Teil ist auch die Ausstattung sehr gut (neue Einbauküche, sehr große Schlafzimmer).
Aber: Ich benötige im Wohnzimmer ein BEQUEMES S...
