It's perfectly situated in a lively urban area but offers tranquility on a street with very little traffic.
The apartment boasts balcony views and abundant natural light thanks to its three large windows. You'll find an equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, and washing machine) and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds.
The living-dining room features several sofas and armchairs, along with a dining table.

It's 250 meters from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major, and only 800 meters from Plaça d'Espanya, where most public transport hubs are located (Tren de Sóller, Bus to the Airport, Buses to all destinations on the island). NB: A security deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay. House Rules: - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
You may smoke on any of the terraces, always being mindful of cigarette butts. - Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment. - We kindly ask you to respect the community areas: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and passing through them quietly. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC, AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or disruptive behavior by any member of your group, the owner reserves the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night, without any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, and retaining the security deposit. Booking Conditions: "Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to ensure your stay is as comfortable and safe as possible.
The entire establishment is private, and you will have no direct contact with anyone throughout your stay, as there are no common areas. Note: The apartment is located in a residents-only zone.
To access the property by car, it is essential to request an ACIRE circulation permit.

Location was excellent . The balconies added a lot of space and had great views. Despite being very central it was quiet. The stairs are no joke but we were prepared for that.

Buena ubicación, facilidades para la entrada antes de la hora,Cosas negativas la cocina tenía mal olor a desagüe todo el día, menaje escaso y en mal estado, balletas sucias, frigorífico antiguo, en general lo que peor estaba la cocina.Dormitorios muy pequeños, en las fotos no se aprecia el tamaño real. Salón buen tamaño pero sofá incómodo.Resumiendo precio elevado para el estado del apartamento.
