Apartments Pavica Savarin are located in Starigrad, only a couple of minutes away from the nearest beach, from the town center and all the restaurants, bars and shops. Each apartment has a nice furnished balcony or terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery or even has a sea view.
One bedroom apartment A3 is situated on the second floor and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, an equipped kitchen with all necesary kitchen utensils and appliances (refrigerator, stove, coffee machine), a bathroom with a shower, and a living room with a dining area with satellite TV. From the living room, there is an exit to a private balcony with seating furniture and a nice sea view - perfect for having breakfasts, or relaxing during the warm summer nights.
Private parking, air conditioning (extra charge of 5,00 € per day), satellite TV and WiFi are available to all guests. Payment policy Payments are non-refundable. All transaction fees are owed by the guest and must be paid by him. Parties can agree on different payment term`s, which arrangement must be made in written and confirmed by both parties via e-mail or another way in written form. After the payment has been made, the Agency shall issue an invoice for the paid amount and a voucher for a confirmed booking. Guest shall pay the remaining amount of the booking in accordance with payment policy applicable to the booking. If the Guest does not follow payment instructions the Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking and the Guest will not be refunded for any payment received. Deposit policy In order to confirm a booking, the Guest must pay 30% of gross booking price along with all transaction fees. Cancelation policy If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 20 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Starigrad Paklenica is a village and a small port on the coast of the Velebit channel. The town is built on the foundations of the ancient city Argiyruntuma. Starigrad is where the mountains and the sea become one and is therefore interesting to swimmers as well as hikers. Miles of sandy beaches make it suitable for families with children, while mountain Velebit and NP Paklenica are regularly visited by cavers and lovers of hiking and free climbing. Besides hiking, free climbing and recreational sports, enthusiasts can also enjoy caving, kayaking and canoeing as well as rafting on the river Zrmanja. Visitors have at their disposal a number of tennis courts, sports fields and various equipment for water sports. . The old part of town is rich in archaeological finds and architectural monuments such as the famous Villa Petar Hektorovic.
