On the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen where you can cook, dine and chat together. Opposite, in the cosy living room, you can watch TV or relax by the warm tiled stove.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom with large shower and WC is equipped with underfloor heating and the central heating throughout the house ensures a pleasant, cosy climate.

Our quaint, cosy farmhouse has been lovingly renovated and is perfect for a relaxing holiday with the whole family or friends. It is situated in a wonderful, quiet location on the outskirts of Itter. Itter is located at the foot of the Hohe Salve, nestled between the Kitzbühel Alps and the Wilder Kaiser in the beautiful Tyrolean mountains. Here you will find peace and relaxation in dreamlike nature.

On the two terraces or in the small, cosy garden in front of the house you have enough space to linger, lie in the sun and simply enjoy the day.

The new Salvista 10-seater gondola lift in Itter is just five minutes away by car and offers the perfect gateway to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, one of the largest and most modern ski areas in Austria. You can enjoy fast, fun toboggan runs on numerous toboggan runs and, if there is enough snow, you can easily reach the cross-country ski trail without a car.

Thanks to its central location, it is a perfect starting point for family hikes in the Tyrolean alpine and mountain world, but also for challenging mountain tours to the high peaks in the Kitzbühel Alps or in the Kaiser Mountains. A well-developed network of cycle paths offers numerous opportunities for extensive cycle tours.

Of course, cool water is also a must. The range of outdoor pools, natural and swimming lakes is very diverse and exciting. With the cable cars of the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, you can also take the little ones up the mountains to great adventure worlds in summer.

Take the Wörgl Ost motorway exit and drive towards Brixental - St. Johann. At the Bruckhäusl bypass, continue under the subway in the direction of Söll / St. Johann. At the junction leading to Itter, turn right. Drive through the village in the direction of Hopfgarten. Turn left towards the sports field (Ed district) and follow the road. The Schneiderhof is on the left-hand side of the road.
