This luxury villa with pool spreads over an area of 510 m2 and it is suitable for 10. In the basement are a garage and a sauna. There is an elevator which leads you to the ground and first floor. This is important for the elders or disabled people.
The main feature of this charming villa is the terrace where the heated infinity pool found its place. The sundeck with pool has a breathtaking view of the nearby islands and infinite blue sky. Here you can relax after long day on the shore or city walk, drinking a refreshing drink far away from all curious looks.
There are a spacious living and dining room furnished with designer and colorful furniture. A glass wall separates this part from the deck, which gives you a special feeling of privacy.
Trogir is not only famous for its cultural heritage but also for a rich nightlife, gastronomy with a big number of excellent restaurants, beautiful pebble, and sandy beaches.

I would like to thank you for everything you have done for us during our stay. Villa Elyzeum is exceptional in itself, all of the high quality and we all felt comfortable and relaxed staying here. But what we value most is your outstanding service and the help we have received. Thank you very much and we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family!
A beautiful villa in a great location.

We had a fantastic week here. The villa was peaceful and clean, with all that we needed. The villa manager was lovely, even arriving with some freshly cooked 'fritule' (doughnuts) one day, which the kids loved. Would strongly recommend.
Luxurious!
