This 5-star waterfront villa, of very high standing for 10 people, is located on the "Plein Soleil" (Sunny Side) of Lake Annecy.
Villa Bagatelle was completely renovated in 2015 to offer you even more comfort! All 5 bedrooms offer breathtaking lake views and an en-suite bathroom.
The house, spread over 3 levels, and its furniture selected from the greatest designers, will transport you to a magical world. A relaxation area with a 5-seater jacuzzi overlooking an exceptional view will allow you to relax and recharge with family or friends. Our private beach and pontoon await you, and if you own a boat or wish to rent one, you will have our mooring buoy. Ideally located in the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 min, Megève, Chamonix, Italy 1h, Méribel, Courchevel 1h30, Val d’Isère 2h), our house is also close to all amenities.
You will be 10 minutes from the center of Annecy and its shops, 15 km from Annecy Airport, 45 km from Geneva Airport in Switzerland, and 150 km from Lyon Satolas Airport. For sports enthusiasts, our house is at the center of all activities: sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, horse riding, summer sledding, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting, etc. During the winter season, the superb ski resorts such as Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (Annecy Ski Resorts) will be accessible in just 30 minutes.
