The private outdoor pool on this Peñíscola holiday home's enclosed terrace is a lovely place to cool off. With 90 m² of space for 4 guests, the home has a living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds.
The 18 m² pool is not overlooked and is reserved exclusively for guests from 21 June to 21 October. Garden furniture and 5 sun loungers await on the 200 m² terrace. There is also a private fenced garden, an outdoor shower and a brick barbecue. The owner lives on the first floor.
Prepare meals together in the kitchen-diner, which has an oven, microwave and dishwasher. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine add practical comfort. Please note that the ceiling height is 2 m.
The sea and sandy and pebble beaches are around 1.5 km away. Hiking and mountain bike trails, bicycle rental and a thermal bath are each around 800 m away. A supermarket is approximately 430 m away in a straight line.

Prachtig appartement met alle comfort dat je nodig hebt. Zeer goed zwembad. Één klein puntje van kritiek: er is geen aparte ingang voor de mensen die boven wonen, dus die zie je vaak passeren aan je zwembad. Ons stoorde dit niet, maar ik kan aannemen dat sommige mensen dit vervelend vinden.

Accomodatie is zeer verzorgd en verblijf was top. Zou zo weer terug gaan. Vriendelijke Spaans sprekende eigenaren.
Enige minpunt dat overige accomodaties eigen bezit zijn.
Daardoor tamelijk veel lawaai van directe buren is, die niet echt rekening houden met het geluidsniveau wat zij produceren.

Heel mooi huisje, heel groot en ontzettend schoon. Eigenaren wonen erbij, mevrouw helpt met vragen of hulp. Zeer vriendelijk. Het enige wat we gemist hebben is een normaal koffiezetapparaat. Verder was alles geweldig! We zouden hier zeker vaker naartoe gaan.
