Our spacious, family-friendly Chalet Troy is full of Mediterranean character, with a large private pool and excellent views. Chalet Troy is in a fantastic countryside location, just 5 minutes drive from the old town of Pollensa and the crystal clear beaches of Port Pollensa. The adjacent fully equipped rustic kitchen is spacious and even has a breakfast table, for enjoying morning tea.



The cosy open plan living room with dining and sitting area: comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV in typical Mediterranean style and a fireplace are the main features. On the ground floor there are three nice and comfortable bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms.


The internal staircase leads to the first floor with a nice and airy double bedroom with ensuite bathroom next door, offering wonderful views to the mountains.



All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has programmed air conditioning in all units from 21:00 to 8:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Two spacious family bathrooms, one en suite with bath and shower, the other with shower are next door..



In Pollença you will find shops, a cultural centre, the pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the surroundings in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruit and spices abound.



The beach at Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known to the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
