A cozy two-bedroom apartment, simple yet equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in the heart of Palma de Mallorca.
It is located in a building within the historic old town, in a lively area but on a street with very little traffic, allowing you to enjoy tranquility without sacrificing city life. The apartment is very bright, thanks to its three large windows, and also features a balcony with street views. Apartment Layout The accommodation includes: Kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, renovated. Two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Living-dining room with several sofas and armchairs, a dining table, television, and free Wi-Fi access. Important: The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, so you will need to climb stairs to access the property.
We do not recommend it for guests with mobility issues or families with strollers. Location – Sa Gerreria Neighborhood The apartment is situated in Sa Gerreria, one of Palma's most distinctive neighborhoods, known for its authentic atmosphere, bars, restaurants, shops, and urban art. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot: 250 m from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major. 800 m from Plaça d’Espanya, the main public transport hub, including the Sóller Train and buses to the airport. Despite being in a lively area, the street is quiet, allowing for comfortable rest while enjoying Palma's urban life. House Rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment (you may smoke on the balcony, being careful with cigarette butts). Please maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and using them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited. In case of complaints from neighbors due to noise or inappropriate behavior, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the apartment without a refund of the booking amount and may also retain the security deposit. Booking Conditions A security deposit of €250 will be held during your stay, which may be applied in case of damage to the property, lost keys, or excessive dirt. Check-in time: from 2:00 PM. Check-out time: until 11:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the booking. Parking and Access The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, the Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation permit with the City Council.
Simply notify us in advance and send us your vehicle's license plate number, and we will handle the process. There is the possibility of nearby parking upon request for an additional cost of €20/day, subject to availability.

Location was excellent . The balconies added a lot of space and had great views. Despite being very central it was quiet. The stairs are no joke but we were prepared for that.
