Due to government regulations, the charcoal barbecue is not available in summer, but a gas barbecue is provided. Access to the villa is via a rural gravel road of about 1.5 km, typical for authentic mountain properties in the area.

La casa es perfecta! Tiene todas las comodidades, estaba muy limpia y no faltaba un detalle. Nos ha encantado la estancia y volveremos en cuanto tengamos oportunidad.
Francisco, el dueño, es una persona estupenda y muy servicial. Solo es necesario levantar el teléfono y ahí está para todo.

The house is spacious and foreseen with everything to have a great time! Gaucin is a lovely small town with every basics you need and to enjoy time as a local.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. For our group with different ages, it was especially nice to have so much privacy, thanks to the two separate apartments with their own kitchens. The third apartment, without a kitchen, had absolutely beautiful views. The many balconies were a lovely ...
One small addition that could make the house even more comfortable in the future would be air conditioning in the living room(s), especially during the hottest summer days. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this beautiful and peaceful place!
