This beautiful and charming converted barn is located in a very panoramic position on the Compignano Estate, with breath-taking views which extend as far as to the sea. The barn is ideal for guests looking to enjoy their time outside as they can enjoy al fresco dining from one of the several panoramic outside dining areas.
The Estate comprises other 2 residences sharing a 6m by 12m swimming pool and a large garden full of olive groves and fruit trees.
The barn is located on the side of the estate enabling guests to retain their privacy as there is part of the large garden only for their use.
This property has been recently restored taking care of the Tuscan tradition and using only local materials.
On the first floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a large table and a living room opening onto a panoramic terrace. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double bedroom and a twin bedroom (that can be made as a double on request), both with their own private bathroom. Both have access to the outside terrace and garden area.
The location of the barn is perfect to explore the surrounding area being only 13km away from Lucca, 18km from the Versilia coast and 12km from the motorway exit thus making it easy to access the main Tuscan cities such as Florence, Pisa or Siena.
There is a cat on the property.
The downhill road leading to the house is not suitable for very nervous drivers.

Ein Anwesen was perfekt die Toskana widerspiegelt. Der traumhafte Pool inmitten einer grünen Naturlandschaft ließ uns den Alltagsstress ganz schnell vergessen.
Bei der Anfahrt zum Haus sind die letzten Kilometer etwas abenteuerlich und mit einigen Steigungen und sehr schmalen Wegen verbunden. Von der Anreise mit einem Sportwagen oder einem tiefer gelegten PKW würden wir definitiv abraten.
