Diano Serreta is a typical Ligurian village, just 3 kms from the sandy beaches of Diano Marina. Diano's Gulf is a nice touristic area, perfect for families, with a good climate all year long. The house is set in the green of olive trees and pines. There are two bedrooms with double bed, and a bedroom with single bed (this single bedroom is adjoining to a double bedroom). Small bathroom with shower. Cellar, washing machine. The garden can be accessed from the cellar: you exit the apartment, enter the cave, then you get to the garden. The house is inside a small village, so it cannot be reached directly by car. Free parking possibility at just 300 meters from the house. From the parking, the house can be reached with a walking path. Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary. We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival. - if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand. - if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you. So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer. Important notes: - Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment. - upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law. - upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1€ per person, per day, only for the first 7 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
