The Fincaperle "Sa Sort" is located in the green heart of the island and offers great comfort for relaxing holidays in a typical Majorcan finca. The house is generously spread over 228 m2 and 2 living levels. In the lower part of the house is the large and cosy living room, a bathroom and a spacious rustic style kitchen. On the first floor are the 4 bedrooms and another bathroom. Particularly noteworthy is the well-kept and very green outdoor area of this finca with a furnished terrace, a separate barbecue area and the beautiful pool area. The Mediterranean garden invites you to relax under shady trees with various sunbeds and relaxation corners.
Finca Sort offers you the perfect balance between a good starting point for excursions in all directions, for example to the beach, to the mountains or to the original villages of Mallorca, and welcomes you back "at home" with its cosy ambience and absolute privacy after an exciting day.
The house is not only just a few kilometres away from Inca with its numerous shopping options and the largest weekly market in Mallorca, but also very close to the well-known wine-growing villages such as Binissalem, Alaró, Consell and Santa Maria, which can be reached within a few minutes by car.

Electricity according to consumption 0,35 euros/kWh. Deposit of 100 euros/week.
Heating for winter months 15€/day.

Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday. It is a beautiful well equipped villa with a great pool and wonderful shady garden. Xisco is a charming and very helpful host.
