The imposing Mediterranean style house is located on a plot of 28.000 m2 near Alcudia. The architecturally attractive building with several balconies and covered terraces is located in the middle of a very well-kept and lush garden.



At the foot of the house, the large 12 x 6 meter pool invites you to take a dip. From the terrace with 6 sun loungers and porch you can enjoy a wonderful view of the garden and the beautiful landscape and the surrounding hills.




The outside has different furnished areas to relax, sunbathe or celebrate outdoor meals, as well as a barbecue perfect to enjoy with family or friends.



The house offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub (1 on the ground floor and the other one upstairs), as well as an outside toilet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. In addition, you can eat at the large table in the living room or even better on the outdoor terrace.
