In Stadt nähe, Küche ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Pool hat eine gute Grösse.
Der Pool-Boden ist steil abfallend und für Kinder nicht so geeignet. Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, etliche Gebrauchsspuren.

Die Finca liegt ruhig, alles sehr angenehm, gut gepflegtes Haus. Man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Altstadt und in Alcudia.
Abwicklung mit dem Schlüssel war top. Die Finca hatte einen ganz besonderen Schwarm mit kleinen Accessoires. Preis / Leistung passt, so dass es sich auch leisten kann.
Zur Info: wenn man lange draußen sitzen möchte, wäre Mückenschutzmittel ratsam.
Die Schränke haben ein wenig gemuffelt ( vielleicht offen stehen lassen)
und die Matratzen waren ein wenig durchgelegen.
