Can Colis is a fabulous, well-kept finca with a large private pool in the north of Mallorca, just a few kilometres away from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, the kilometre-long white sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia.



The exterior of the finca has a lot of charm and many possibilities to relax thanks to its spaciousness: such as outdoor dining on an extensive porch around the house with a large table with chairs, sofas to relax, a large swimming pool of 12m x 6m surrounded by 8 sunbeds for bathing and sunbathing, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The upper floor also has a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the estate and the landscape.



The majestic house has two floors, built and decorated in typical Majorcan style with the best materials. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen, dining room and living room in the same space, two bedrooms, one with double bed, en suite bathroom and air conditioning, the other with two single beds. There is also a separate bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor consists of three air-conditioned double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower.



Additionally, there is a poolside casita with a second kitchen which brings more comfort for enjoying barbecue and other meals closer to the pool.


Both pool towels and bath towels are provided for all guests.



In short, this finca is a real privilege, both for its incredible facilities and for its good location, a very quiet area on the outskirts of the small typical Mallorcan village of Sa Pobla, and very close to the beach. On Sundays the biggest farmers' market of Mallorca takes place here, with vegetables and fruits from the region.
