Can Colis is a fabulous, very well-maintained finca with a large private pool, located in the north of Mallorca, just a few kilometers from one of the island's most beautiful beaches, the kilometer-long white sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The exterior of the finca has a lot of charm and offers ample opportunities for relaxation due to its spaciousness: including outdoor dining on an extensive porch surrounding the house with a large table and chairs, sofas for lounging, a large 12m x 6m swimming pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers for swimming and sunbathing, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue area.
The upper floor also features a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the finca and the surrounding landscape. The majestic house has two floors, built and decorated in a typical Mallorcan style with the finest materials.

Tolles gepflegtes, von außen uneinsichtiges Grundstück!! Ruhige abgeschiedene Lage für viel Privatsphäre! Sehr detailverliebte Einrichtung, man hat das Gefühl in einem Schloss zu wohnen, toller Garten und Pool!
Die alten Möbel hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch, die Abflüsse im Erdbeschoß haben leider nach Kanalisation gerochen.
