Can Colis is a fabulous, very well-maintained finca with a large private pool, located in the north of Mallorca, just a few kilometers from one of the island's most beautiful beaches, the mile-long white sandy beach of Puerto de Alcudia.
The exterior of the finca is full of charm and offers many opportunities for relaxation thanks to its spaciousness, including al fresco dining on an extensive porch around the house with a large table and chairs, sofas for lounging, and a large 12m x 6m swimming pool surrounded by 8 sun loungers for swimming and sunbathing, as well as an outdoor shower and a barbecue area.
The upper floor also features a large covered terrace with spectacular views of the finca and the surrounding landscape. The majestic house spans two floors, built and decorated in typical Mallorcan style with the finest materials.
The ground floor comprises a large open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room, two bedrooms – one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning, the other with two single beds.
There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub.
The upper floor consists of three double bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms with showers.
Additionally, there is a small house next to the pool with a second kitchen, providing extra convenience for enjoying barbecues and other meals closer to the pool.
Pool towels and bath towels are provided for all guests. In summary, this finca is a true privilege, both for its incredible facilities and its excellent location in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the small, typical Mallorcan village of Sa Pobla, and very close to the beach.
The largest farmers' market in Mallorca takes place here on Sundays, featuring regional fruits and vegetables.

Tolles gepflegtes, von außen uneinsichtiges Grundstück!! Ruhige abgeschiedene Lage für viel Privatsphäre! Sehr detailverliebte Einrichtung, man hat das Gefühl in einem Schloss zu wohnen, toller Garten und Pool!
Die alten Möbel hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch, die Abflüsse im Erdbeschoß haben leider nach Kanalisation gerochen.
